Bring a valid form of ID. To purchase cannabis from a dispensary regulated by the Maryland Cannabis Administration (MCA), you must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID to verify your age and identity.
Requirements for Adult-Use Consumers (21+)
Adult-use consumers only need to show proof that they are 21 years or older. A separate MCA ID card is not required.
Acceptable forms of identification include:
– A driver’s license or ID card issued by any U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia.
– U.S. passport or passport card.
– Foreign passport.
– U.S. military ID card.
– Tribal card.
The ID must be physical, not a picture on a phone, and cannot be expired.
Requirements for Medical Patients and Caregivers
Medical patients and registered caregivers have specific requirements in addition to a government-issued ID:
– They must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID.
– They must provide their MCA-issued patient or caregiver identification number (or present their optional ID card).
– Caregivers must have an MCA Caregiver ID card to make purchases on behalf of a patient.
The dispensary agent will use this information to verify the individual’s status and track purchase limits within the MCA’s database.
We accept cash, debit cards, and Dutchie Pay as forms of payment. We do NOT accept Credit Cards.
You must have the physical debit card present, as we do NOT offer a “tap-to-pay” option.

Individuals 21+ with a valid form of ID. We serve both recreational adult-use consumers and medical patients.
There are many differences, but here are a few:
Recreational: Any adult 21 or older with a valid government-issued ID can buy cannabis. Recreational customers are considered adult-use consumers who are non-medical. In addition, recreational consumers have specific purchasing limits. See the “What can I buy?” section for more information about purchasing limits.
Medical: You must have a Maryland medical cannabis card issued through the Maryland Cannabis Administration (MCA), after approval from a qualified doctor, to purchase cannabis as a medical patient. Individuals under 21 may qualify with a caregiver if they meet medical criteria. Medical patients can purchase higher-dose products within their allotment.

Purchase & Possession Limits
Recreational: Adult use consumers can purchase:
– 1.5 ounces of cannabis products: flower and pre-rolls
– 12 grams of concentrate
– 10 milligrams edibles OR
– other products containing 750 milligrams of THC
Medical: Patients generally can obtain a larger allotment based on their doctor’s recommendation (often significantly more than recreational limits).
